Cancellation Protocol
Life happens, we get it. But missed slots mean other dancers miss out. We require a firm 24-hour notice for all private lesson cancellations. If you cancel within that window, the full lesson fee applies. Isn't your progress worth the commitment?
Safety & Liability
By stepping onto our floor, you're embracing the physical nature of ballroom dance. While our instructors are pros, you're responsible for your own limits. We've got the insurance, but we need you to have the awareness. Ready to move safely?
Payments & Refunds
All class packages must be pre-paid. We don't offer cash refunds for partially used packages, though we'll happily credit them toward a different service if your goals shift. We're here to help you find the right fit!
Studio Etiquette
Respect the floor, respect the frame. Coral Choreography maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. We're a community of joy. Let's keep the atmosphere uplifting for every student, from the first-timer to the competitor.
